So, what do you do with a picky eater (like me) who can't or won't consume certain foods?

I have 8 methylation mutations so I have to be careful about how I get my B vitamins & I don't always have time to make fresh juice. I also get deficient in omega-3 fatty acids fairly easily because I don't consume enough fatty cold-water fish or chia seeds. As much as I love fresh juice, my iOmega juicer is a mess to clean up. I don't always have booch available for probiotics so sometimes my levels can get low. I do not buy supplements on Amazon unless directly from the manufacturer doing the fulfilment.
